Bridge Day is one of our favorite days here at Lighthouse Worship Center. Each year, New River Gorge Bridge is closed and thousands gather to watch individuals test their limits by gliding and rappelling off the bridge to the waters below. Here at LWC, we help in the process. Our job to escort people from our church to the bridge and to bring them back to their cars. However, before they arrive back at their cars, we have a treat waiting for them. Inside of our doors, there is usually homemade soup, sandwiches, and goodies waiting to warm them up from the chilly temperatures outside. While enjoying these treats, we provide live concerts from some of our own talented musicians within the church. The gospel is shared from table to table and God gets all the glory for the entire day!
